September Auction Round Up [27 Sep 2019]

Auction Round Up for September 2019

It has been a very busy and active month for the Auction in September. Our Auction Success rate is 87.5% a little down on September 2018, but still a very solid result.

Just over $8,000,000 worth of Apartments were sold this month by Auction in the City Apartment office, with an average sale price of $455,000.

The most pleasing figure for the month is our average days on market for Auction properties sitting at 23 days. Showing that Auctions are still the most effective method of sale with other methods of sale average day on markets being as far out as 75 days.

We are looking forward for a very active last quarter of 2019.

Please contact Cameron Brain if you would like to discuss Auctioning your property or Auctions in general.
