The October Auction Round Up

It’s been a busy month of with 28 auctions listed for the City Apartments team and a further 12 Auctions listed across our Newmarket, Parnell, Sandringham and Wynyard Quarter.

The City Realty Group had 34 auctions up for sale across October giving us an auction success rate of 53%. With many of the unsold properties already in negotiations we are looking forward to a very busy and active November.
