The November Auction Round Up

November Auction numbers ended up the same as Octobers numbers at 42 Auctions for the month.

The difference, however, was our clearance rate, up 16% from Octobers 50% Clearance to 66% Clearance in November.

The Average Days on Market for our Auction Properties for the City Realty Group sits at 28 days, with our City Apartment Team still leading the way with an Average Day on Market for their Auction Properties at 21 days.

As we lead into the Christmas period, it is encouraging to see the level of Auction Activity. The group has 28 Auctions booked in for December and a further 10 Auctions already booked in to start in the New Year.
