The City Realty Group Auction Roundup [06 Sep 19]

Another good active week on the Auction floor this week for the City Realty Group with 100% Sold!

The Auctions started Monday Morning with Ann Bennett’s (City Apartment Team) property at 406/85 Beach Road, Auckland being brought forward after a Pre Auction Offer was presented to the owner and accepted after only 6 days on the market, a fantastic indication on the demand for good apartments in Auckland City.

At the City Apartments weekly Auctions (Thursday 12:30) this week a good crowd watched all three properties sell under the hammer with strong competitive bidding on all properties.

Keisha Gutierrez sold 1S/16 Burton Street, Grafton

Damian Piggin & Rickus Moll sold 1028/21 Whitaker Place, Auckland
