By Alex Barrow

Flat market in Auckland? Not in our part of town.

Ray White City Apartments were proud to bring you The Apartment Collective auction event on June 20th 2019 in Auckland Central. The Apartments Collective was a series of group auction events that were held on selected dates in major cities across Australia and New Zealand.

But what actually happened?

Our dedicated apartment sales specialists were able to bring together 20 of Auckland’s hottest apartment listings. We promised to draw a crowd and we certainly did. Our auction room was buzzing with over 100 people watching the action live from the auction floor. With close to 200 bids taking place over the course of the day, it’s no surprise we sold 9 or our 20 auctions under than hammer with a further 1 property selling a few hours later. Deals were being done on another 5 or so properties in the days after we held the event.

We proved that auctions really are the way to go and combined with our experienced and extensive team of specialists we were able to the get the right results for our vendors on the day.
