PONSONBY Auckland City 1011

Fantastic one bedroom situated in the heart of Ponsonby on Richmond Road. Top floor, generous size and a car park for good measure. This is a fantastic opportunity to buy into this sought after area with outstanding views. Building currently has remedial issues and so the bank has priced it accordingly.
