AUCKLAND CENTRAL Auckland City 1010

Turns out it wasn't as bad as first thought. Buildings got issues but remedies a foot. Long terms gains to be had but a little short term pain to endure, once the buildings fixed its going to be worth a BOMB! Tenants glowing at $320 per week. He wants to stay indefinitely in this east facing one bedroom with awesome, totally incredible views, who wouldn't? UNI/AUT precinct. Sellers in exile and wants out so all robbers and cheap skates most welcome.
