Holly is a young, dynamic woman who is making her mark in Auckland real estate. She comes from a family of property people, and for the last 16 years, she has worked in various roles in the industry, creating her model of what works best for her. She has been an administrator, partner, granddaughter, buyer, seller, and passionate onlooker. The experience she has gained she brings to her most recent role as Residential Specialist for Ray White. This pivotal move to sales happened ten years ago.

Holly has an envious track record of working with prestigious homes, high-scale multi-unit developments and apartments, off-plan sites, and new builds. Across this broad spectrum of property, Holly can demonstrate capability, experience, and expertise. Holly's employment history reads like a boot camp for property professionals. Initially a PA for a top-performing St Heliers agent, Holly moved to a Meadowbank branch to work on reception and client care and gain her real estate license. Next, alongside her grandmother, Cheryl Whiting, worked together selling off-plan for the Kensington Park development in Orewa. Ten years ago, Cheryl and Holly moved to Ray White to continue their collaboration selling property in the Parnell/ Remuera area. Holly then moved to a support role for Chairman and Chairman Elite agents in the Ray White business. In 2023, she moved to her existing role with her partner Ross Tierney, where she uses all her experience to create success for her clients and her team.

Holly likes dance, fitness, and spending time with friends and family outside the job. As a former Miss New Zealand and reality tv personality, travelling and meeting people have given her an enviable contact list. Holly is also on Mercy Hospice Auckland's fundraising committee, a cause close to her heart.
